How can I clean the casing for fire breathing dragon model?

Any cleaner that's none corrosive to metal and a tooth brush normally does it for me. Inside of the finer details let it soak some and do the same process.

Returning a RETURNUNG product, hopefully will get a new one that ive paid for!

The said product was USED with Scratches all over them, especially on the back. None of the original stickers were on the product which is a standard feature for New Zippo products.
