does this have heat coils in the collar bone area and neck?

mine does not have coils in the neck part of the pad. It heats up at the collar bone, but not too much. I bought it because it is called a weighted heat pad, but the only part that is weighted is the front rolled part of the collar part where the beads have all fallen to and the very bottom of the rolled part of the trim, again the beads have all gone to the bottom. If you are looking for a weighted pad this would not be it.

No information on the weight or is it very weighted pad ?

It’s not heavy and does not have any additional weighting to it. It did, however, break after a month of use.

Do the two shoulder flaps have electric coils in them?

Yes. Not many though, but they do.
