Fab FoursFF15N32501 Winch Mount

This winch mount is the bomb. I wanted to keep my original bumper and this is a great solution and I think it looks great. I pulled my front air dam off and plasti dipped the bumper black to match the winch mount.Fit and finish is excellent. The only thing I dislike is the open ended tow hooks. I’ve done a couple recoveries with straps and it’s pain sometimes because the straps fall out of the tow hooks when you get slack in the line.Overall super well built and sturdy.

This is by far the best looking winch mount on the market. It originally came without the tow hooks which are required for the installation. Fab Four's customer service was awesome and easy to work with and IMMEDIATELY sent new ones. It is not possible to reuse the factory tow hooks, which would be my only complaint with this product but it's not a big deal. My factory hooks were closed loop which allowed me to lock a d-ring on to them. These are open hooks and a little trickier to use, although they do look good and protect the winch mount somewhat, during steep declines, from bottoming out.After a year of having this installed I contacted Fab fours for an unrelated question. I mentioned the tow hooks they sent were discolored a bit and they almost insisted on sending brand new ones right out. Customer service is second to none, and that's refreshing to say these days - especially from an Amazon purchase a year ago!BTW, mine's an Ecoboost 3.5. While I have not *felt* any degraded performance due to the intercooler not receiving Ram Air anymore my intake temps are about 40° over ambient temperature, which is a little higher than without the mount attached. I don't think it's a huge deal if you aren't competing in the Indy 500, but I AM considering now upgrading my intercooler to a larger, more efficient one to offset the decreased flow (or putting an electric fan on the back of my stock unit and calling it a day).
