A lot of cheap hot sauces have a strong vinegar smell and flavor that I find off putting. This hot sauce is a bit more subdued with the vinegar notes, even though they are still present and not optimal for me. Flavor is pretty mid, I like it but don't love it. There isn't much there to write about but it's a bit darker than most cheap sauces. I wouldn't pay a premium for this product but at its normal price, compared to similarly priced products, I think it's a great.
