This candle burns longer than advertised and the plastic lid comes right off easily like a can of Pringles. I suggest purchasing a gripping exerciser if you're having trouble.

these are my favorite candles. they burn for at least a week! my easter light from church is still burning thanks to these candles.

I burned one through haunaka, it lasted the whole time barely. Its a small flame, but for the amount of time it burns thats expected. They seem a bit overpriced for wax in a glass jar to me, but I don't know candles very well they could be a great deal.

I ordered two sets of two candles for emergencies. We are entering hurricane season and I want to be a little more prepared. The only reason I give a four is because one of my candles arrived melted all over the inside of the box and leaked through to the outside. Most of the wax is on the box. The other three candles arrived perfect. I’m handicapped and don’t get out much or I would have sent it back for a replacement. They are as advertised. No smells (which is great for my asthma), sturdy, and easy to use. I do recommend them.
