Mine arrived just as shown with all the accessories. I have used it for a few months now on over 200 drawstring bags and 100 tops. Works amazing! Evenly distribute the heat and is accurate on temperature. Does it take a little bit to warm up but it does a good job. Only complaint is the pressure does start to tighten overtime so after about 50 presses I do have to loosen it up. Otherwise Press!

Excellent customer service the first press would not get to temperature, received a replacement in just a few days and it works as advertised. This is for personal use.

Love this press except it does not have even pressure. One end of the heat press doesn’t touch the plate while the other one does. It’s frustrating when needing even pressure for a heat press.

My original press took a crap on me last minute as I was making shirts for someone. I needed one in a hurry so I found this one with the attachments. I really didn't NEED the attachments, but it was cheaper to get one coming WITH them rather than WITHOUT them, so I plan on making mugs, plates, and hats in the future. This press gets hot - fast! It took me a minute to figure out how to set the heat on it, I don't read instructions because most the time they make no sense...I tried to look at it after I figured everything out and I am glad I didn't waste my time trying to read them. Anyways, it works and takes LESS time than my other press took to press a shirt. Seems to also give a stronger adhesion press. I love the fact the top swings around, but the cord is in a bad spot in my opinion. If you don't pay attention, you can easily press the cord. I guess if its affixed to a table and the cord is tucked away, it won't be an issue. But I don't make a lot of shirts to worry with this right now. It is going to take me some time to get used to the smaller pressing platform and the swinging top plate, but I already like this better than my other press. Can't wait to put it to work!

This is an awful heat press! Getting it out of the box and trying to turn the heat press to the side… I couldn’t move it at all! My husband had to keep trying to love it back and forth and it finally started moving some but it still is very hard to turn. There is a job at the top of the heat press that is suppose to be to loosen it to turn it but the non does NOTHING. I am scared to try to heat press something beck can’t turn the heat press and don’t want to burn myself. If I could get my money back I would. I do NOT recommend this product at all.

This has made my home business go to the next level and makes the projects that i do so much easier. It has paid for itself in the end. I love this machine. I read the reviews where the tumbler press smelled like fish when it was heating up. I thought this was a misinformed review but i was so wrong it does sitnk very bad like fish but amazing product i just open and window and keep a candle burning

I’ve used this a few times now for shirts and Koozies.Only after about the 20th time did the timer work. Or I just finally figured out how to use it?Not sure. Instructions are basically non existent.Heat seems to be even around the whole thing. Definitely depends on your quality of Vinyl.For the price this is great for a newb like me. Just be ready for a learning curve and to watch YouTube videos

I liked this press as it was Easy to set up and use. The multi attachments are nice to have but never used as it’s a pain in the ass to switch them out. Screw busted a little over a year and now a piece of metal busted in the handle making it no longer work. Super disappointed but hoping there is some kind of warranty to get it back up and running.
