Excellent Home Colour Photo Printer - Post Card Size
A great product - easy to use.Excellent for printing of 3x4 size good quality color pictures. Size pictures to 3x4 size to avoid some of the picture running out of the frame.Final coating given during printing gives a water proof seal of the picture. Canon claims the photo will not lose color for 100 years.Product can be set up to print pictures from smart phones using Wi-Fi. This is most useful. The easiest way to initially set up Canon CP910 is to look at various videos available on YouTube, These videos are from actual users of this product.

Excellent quality prints and great cost per print
Pros: very compact, excellent print quality, durable printsCons: mobile app is junkI picked up the Selphy 910 on sale and couldn't be happier. The prints are nothing short of phenomenal in terms of colour reproduction and details and don't fade like inkjet prints. I have calibrated displays and it's a 100% match without using a dedicated printer profile. Even black & white looks fantastic! I mostly use it to get an idea of what a bigger print would look like in natural light and then order prints at my regular lab if I want a large one. It's also quite fast and super easy to use, which is great when I just want to give away a print. The cost per print is very low and, being a dye sub printer, there's never any issue of clogged print heads and wasting ink in cleaning cycles. The wifi setup was painless and the driver makes it dead easy to get a very good quality print. The mobile app is junk, it looks like Canon hasn't updated it in years - which is a shame. The app either crashes on the latest version of Android (Marshmallow 6.0.1) or gives a fatal error when sending the file to print. No big deal but it's irritating.I wish I could get the same technology to print 8x10 at home!

Great prints every time and no ink hassles... I recommend it!
This 4 by 6 inch photo printer works consistently without having to worry about the ink head being dry or running out of one colour of ink in the middle of a picture (dye-sublimation technology). The prints are very good and with some minor tuning such as increasing the color temperature and contrast I've found the photos are outstanding and durable. The Selphy prints glossy borderless by default but there is an option for borders and it can also print matte, glossy, or satin finish on the same photo paper! It's cool to watch the pictures transform as they go in and out of the printer with each colour added.Note that the pictures come out of the back and front during the processing so the footprint is larger than the tiny printer itself. Also, it's important to keep it clean and in a dust free area.I have it connected on my wireless network which means I have to manually shut it on/off for each use (to save energy and keep it cool)... If USB connected it auto-starts/sleeps.No problems with the drivers or software on Windows 8.1. However, I use free Picasa photo editor to crop and adjust pictures before printing to the Selphy. My only regret is how much time and money I wasted with various inkjet printers before finding the Selphy.

Highly recommend, although price per unit can be expensive.
best buy I ever made. I am making my baby book out of my iphone pictures with this printer. It's perfect. Whenever I have visitors, they can leave with a picture of them and baby. But beware, pictures become expensive per unit if you're looking to print batches. Better go to your local walmart for batches. This is for the occasional pictures, the little gifts and the ones you want to put in your picture frame. I print out of my Nikon D3100 and the quality is pretty good. I mean, it's only 100$ printer, but I swear it delivers!!Also, I do pic collage with my phone app and print them out with this printer. They always turn out awesome! Highly recommend!

I have been unable to get the wireless connection working on either Mac's or Windows 7 systems - a disappointment. Surprisingly
This printer does a remarkable job, although as yet, I have been unable to get the wireless connection working on either Mac's or Windows 7 systems - a disappointment. Surprisingly, they are only a little more expensive than typical drugstore 4 X 6" prints, weighing in at about $0.40 (forty cents) a print. (My drug store wants $0.35). Walmart will print for less than half that if you are willing to wait, but for occasional prints, or prints when you are in a hurry, they are simply perfect. The quality is astounding, the speed pretty goo, and the prints themselves very tough and robust - tougher in fact that a postcard. My only small wish list item is that I wish they came in 5 X 7"....

Works great, quick pictures
Works great, quick pictures, but the ink and paper are a little expensive... pay for the convenience of printing from home. We had a kid's birthday party and did a photo session, parents were amazed when they came to pick up their kids that they had a picture to go along with their loot bags. It doesn't always connect from different devices (we have Android, iOS, Macbook and Windows computers), I find transferring pics manually to an SD card just works best.
