I bought this for a tongue ring as it is the right gauge and length. I was excited as it didn't cause any reactions and I have metal allergies. But about a month, maybe two after wearing it 24/7, I noticed my tongue was sore. So I took it out. It had accumulated food and tartar/plaque around the base of the bar and the ball way worse than any tongue ring I've ever had before and it smelled rancid.... because somehow inside the hollow tunnel was food 😳😬🤢. So the threads, even if they are tightened all the way, allow food to get into the hollow tunnel which causes an infection in your tongue or your saliva glands or both.

Whoever said they got one that is hollow must have been shipped a defective product. I'd buy these tongue rings again if needed. They are NOR hollow in the middle.

The feel of this jewelry is very nice. Heavy weight stuff. I bought this set for another piercing but that fell through for the time being, I am using the 2 gauge to enlarge a frenum I gave myself 28 years ago. I may have to order more SOON.

Exactly what they’re supposed to be, internal threaded barbells. The person who claims they got a hollow one is full of it and needs to learn how to scam better, cause no manufacturer of body jewelry makes HOLLOW barbells

I love this. It has allowed me to finally stretch my tongue. Super light weight. I did get two of the same sizes. Just the bar itself is longer on one. I still love them. Won't buy again from you. Thank you!
