I used this product to help with fertility. There are no recommended dosages, just the suggested two pills in the morning and two pills in the evening. I have Ulcerative Proctitis and part of my diet is to limit my intake of inositol, so I started out with just two pills in the morning. I was okay the first week, but by the time the second week arrived, I experienced a lot of abdominal cramping and mucous-y stools along the lines of what I experience when I have a flare up.Once I got the flare up under control and was ready to resume trying to conceive, I decided to add the supplement back to my regimen, this time only one pill a day. I haven't had any more issues.I think this is a great product for anyone looking for myo-inositol only. I know there are a lot of products that offer Myo and D-Chiro, but the fertility specialist I consulted with stated that Myo-inositol only was preferred.Good luck!
