It is a feeding tweezer, not good for plantation purpose/aquascaping.

Decent quality
Length - 14 in.Good design makes it easy to plat in all types of aquarium substrates.Spring action is modest and good - prevents spreading the substrate after inserting the plants.Serrations on the side ensure a good grip even when wet.Decent quality. Supposed to be stainless steel - however, I am seeing rust spots on the inside of the prongs. Strong and sturdy.
