The best face cream ever

there are not dislikes about this product only likes it is a rejuvenating cream and firm for older skin

I have mature skin but it make me break out in a pimply rash - check your skin type against ingredients

This day cream from Eveline Cosmetics comes in luxurious-looking packaging and pot. It’s formulated with a few premium ingredients such as Caviar, 24K Gold, Snail secretion - offering several actives such as retinol, Bakuchiol, Dermaxyl, Hyalluron Active, and Orchid Extracts surprisingly at a very affordable price. This made in EU cream is targeted for mature and sensitive skin. The lightly flowery scented cream has a light consistency, spreads, and sinks in quickly into the skin leaving my dry skin feeling smooth and soft. As with trying a new cream, I will usually do a patch test behind the ears first before applying it on my face to see if I have an adverse reaction from it. I did the patch test a few times, and there was none. I’m not a skin expert, but not an amateur either, I noticed that it has some concerning ingredients that are usually associated with pore-clogging such as coconut oil and shea butter. There’s also fragrance in the list. Since the cream has been dermatologically tested, it’s supposed to be safe to use topically. Nonetheless, if you have oily and acne-prone skin, this cream might not be suitable for you. I don’t have either sensitive or oily skin and after using it for almost two weeks now for testing purposes, I have not noticed any negative reactions. Having said that, since I have always preferred all-natural nasty-free ingredients in my skincare products, I will stick to my regular day cream and not going to purchase this cream when it’s finished, but that’s my personal preference. My skin is ageing so I thought it would be a good idea to try Eveline 24K snail and caviar anti-wrinkle day face cream. I used creams and body lotions from Eveline in the past and I was always happy with their products. This cream arrived sealed in the plastic foil, which I really like as it gives me a piece of mind that nobody tampered with the product. The cream itself also had protective seal under the lid. I like the design of the packaging - gold and white box, glass cream pot with golden lid - it looks and feels luxurious and posh. There is 50ml of cream in the pot. It smells really nice and has a nice consistency. I have sensitive combination skin with mimic wrinkles, I'm over 40. I'm using this lovely cream for more than a week now (I'm also using the night version of this cream). I didn't notice miracles as probably I'm not using it long enough but - - cream has a light formula and absorbs well, so I can put makeup on it - the fragrance is very nice and gentle - I noticed that my wrinkles including mimic ones are less deep - my skin looks and feels more elastic and softer, probably because it is well hydrated - cream has lovely ingredients -after opening it should be used up within 6 months - attractive price Every morning I apply this cream to my clean face with my fingertips and I massage it in gently - I found it easy and quick to use. I'm really happy with this cream, the results are visible already, and I'm hoping for even better results after longer and regular period of using it. From the packaging to the cream itself everything looks and feels luxurious. It is excellent cream which is a pleasure to use, works well for my skin which does look fresher now, so I would happily recommend it.

First thing about this - I have no idea how the manufacturer can possibly claim its a vegan product. It's not. It contains 2 animal derived products, however it is certified cruelty free which means not tested on animals. I have been using this in combination with its companion night cream, and had to discontinue using both after a couple of days. I did a separate review for the night cream. I have good skin, 'normal' and 'mature'. I'm not over sensitive and rarely get bad reactions. I spend a lot of time outdoors and found that there no noticeable moisturising effect at all using this stuff. Its lightweight and esily applies, and soaks right in. (All those chemicals, soaking right in.) I don't wear full face make up but I think it might be ok under powder and foundation as theres no hint of anything left on the skin after using it. It does create a smooth surface though, probably due to the silicone in the formulation. Yuk. The first time I used it I found that I have to avoid getting it anywhere near my eyes, including my forehead, as it makes my eyes and nose run all day. The packaging is quite fancy and makes it look 'high end' and I'm sure will appeal to many. However the price point here is the giveaway - I don't know how much the packaging costs, but the retail price is at the lower end of the market, so the ingredients must be very inexpensive despite the fancy wrapping. Its a cheap product in a fancy wrapper claiming to be something its not. It does, however, smell quite nice. I don't recommend this product because 1) Its not vegan - what other false claims are being made? 2)The formulation makes my eyes and nose run all day 3) The moisturising properties are negligible for my easy maintenance un-fussy skin 4) After a few days of using this + the night cream I found that my skin felt dry and dehydrated. I have gone back to using my own formulation of skin moisturiser which is a combination of marula, babchi and red raspberry oils and contains zero chemicals and zero animal products, tried and tested it on myself.
