Great ice pack especially for large areas. Freezes and stays cold for a long time. Was using for lower back pain and would use for at least an hour or more before putting back into freezer. Can be folded for smaller area used in freezer and unfolded when needed! Elastic strap for securing!

I got this in 2021 for when I had my gallbladder taken out. It was amazing, and made a huge difference in my recovery. The size was able to cover all 3 of my incisions, and I was able to get by without needing any medication beyond advil.Unfortunately, I had to move cross-country and this got left behind. I just had another abdominal surgery, and truly miss this ice pack given how far apart my incisions are from this procedure. So, I am back again to repurchase another.

I like the coverage of the ice pack. My previous ice pack did not provide the coverage I needed, so I was happy with this purchase. It stays cold for long periods beyond the recommended 20 minutes, providing good relief from pain. Of course, the strap to keep it secure is a plus! It is so easy to use, does not leak, and remains absolutely flexible when I take it out of the freezer. Do not hesitate; it is absolutely a good value for your money. With just a little more coverage, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a God send with my back injury. No wondering if I have the ice pack in the proper location. It covers the entire area (and more) exactly where it's needed. Velcro strap hols well and easy to adjust. Highly recommend this ice belt. I bought THREE of them.

I bought this ice pack for my shoulder. I deal with pain in my shoulder, shoulder blade and collarbone. This was the perfect size to cover all those areas and the strap keeps it in place so I can walk around and do things with it on. Very flexible which was a fantastic perk because other gel ice packs I have tried do not flex until they lose a lot of their cold. Stays nice and cold for a long time. Make sure to freeze in the bag it provides, you don’t get ice build up on the pack at all then. Also read the instructions for freezing, I saw some people complain that it leaks over time and my assumption is that they didn’t read the instructions about only keeping it in the freezer for certain lengths of time depending on how cold you want it. The weight is also perfect, other ice packs I have used cause pain from just the weight of the pack but this has been perfect for me and has caused no extra pain from the pack. Only one downside is due to the way it is to make it flexible sometimes the gel shifts in a way that there is more gel in one area and it can be a little difficult to shift it back so that you have full coverage but once you get the hang of how to move the gel between the areas (recommend doing this when it isn’t cold) it is actually very easy to do and I have found that how you store it when it’s not cold will impact that as well. Laying it flat out is better than having it folded up when not in use to prevent the gel from building up in a certain section. All in all 10/10 product!

Great ice pack

Like the straps that somewhat keep the ice pack in place. The strap for using on one's back barely fits my body to fasten around my stomach. Guess I need to loose weight! Seems to thaw back to soft gel in about 15 minutes, which is probably a good thing for one's skin. Kinda bulky to keep in the freezer. Using the plastic bag that comes with it to store in the freezer keeps the ice pack clean from food items also in the freezer.
