Really helps lock down.
Tore and separated my shoulder. PT suggested getting this tape to help with keeping it compressed while healing. Don’t need a lot to go a long ways. Worth it, quality, sticky!

Adhesion Too Strong!
I had bought this from an on-line recommendation for "mouth taping" when using my CPAP. I have a mustache and a beard, so I wondered if I could get it to seal my mouth. (My chin drops & my mouth opens when I get relaxed while sleeping...) The tape DID adhere to my face and it DID stop the "mouth leaks" that I had been experiencing; however, the adhesive was so strong that it actually made my face bleed when removing it!!! I tried using a warm washcloth to heat it before removal, but, I still had some "skin peel". I will be trying it again whenever my face heals... I am not in anyway recommending "mouth taping" in that it is risky to do and has some inherit dangers, but, this tape is strong...

Good product
Needed this for a medical issue prescribed by my physical therapist. It is great quality, easy to use, and it works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Best tape for sleep apnea mouth breathers!
For decades I struggled with finding a sleep mask that would work finally I've switched to a nasal mask but had trouble breathing through my mouth I found this tape exceptionally perfect for what I need. With a chin strap.I cut two strips about 4 inches long, wipe my mouth area with an alcohol swab and put them over my mouth. I also use a 1-in wide elastic strip of velcro to wrap around my mouth and head to hold it moderately snug in place. I went from 30 to 40 apneas an hour to less than one per hour, 8 to 10 nights out of 10.
