When I first packed my child’s lunch, I noticed the bottom of the inside zipper pocket wasn’t sewn down. Thus, anything I put in the pocket fell through the bottom. I went to Bentgo’s website and sent them a message about it. They responded immediately and provided excellent customer service! I had a replacement in less than 48 hours. Very thankful and will definitely stick with this brand in the future!The lunch bag is awesome! Very high quality and big enough to hold a bentgo or omie box plus some additional snacks, utensils, etc. There’s a side pocket for a water bottle, and I long strap to wear it cross-body style. I’ve been recommending it to my friends with kids!

This lunch bag it pretty cute and easy for my almost 6 old to carry. I bought the Bentgo chill lunchbox for the cold food and also got a little thermos to put a hot dog in to hopefully stay warm til school lunch. I bought this construction lunch bag to put both items in and they barely fit together. I can get it zipped shut but my son can't zip it shut with both items after lunch. It's a great, well made, super insulated lunch bag and I highly recommend it for a lunch box and other things but don't get it if you need to put a thermos in it too.

This Bentgo lunch bag has been an excellent choice for my child. This is my second time purchasing this item! My daughter had the unicorn version for 3-k and pre-k and we loved it! So purchased the sports version for my son this time!!! Easy to use, kids open it easily, durable, and easy to clean. Bentgo lunchbox fits perfectly and cute print. Washable. I also ordered other parts of the set, was disappointed to see they don't have the 14 inch backpack in the sports print as the other bag is too big for my 3 year old. Hope they do release it eventually.

This lunchbox is well-made and can fit a decent sized lunch for my 5th grader. She loves the beachy color palette and uses the cross bag strap daily. I have run it through the washing machine and it has held up. Highly recommended!

I had really high hopes for this lunchbox because we needed a much larger size than most brands make in order to fit our Planetbox Rover and Bentgo stainless steel boxes. And that are pretty and suit mine/ my 4yo girlie-girl’s tastes! There are just so few options and the cutest, sweetest, girliest ones are often sold out.The box is definitely big enough and comes with a great strap. Seems like it’s going to do the job. I was a little disappointed because for some reason I thought this had some kind of vinyl or waterproof coating over the glitter so that there was zero opportunity for shed. But there is not. In person, the box also looks like the cheap glitter items you get that just have one very thin layer applied. But overall it looks cute and sparkly enough to pass muster. I also suspect the thin layer of glitter might help to reduce shedding.HOWEVER, I am a little nervous because I dusted it off and beat on each side to test and it did have a little bit of shed. Not a ton and I don’t think it will be a huge issue, but I am just very leery of all things glitter! Debating on whether or not I should Scotchgard it (would also probably help keep it clean). Either way, she’s going to be delighted so we will see how it holds up.

We love these patterns and also purchased the matching backpack. Lunch box fits a variety of bento boxes. Keeps food hot or cold all day long. It comes with a clip so easy to attach to the backpack if its too stuffed with school work. Easy for kids to open and close and has not leaked yet!
