Yes, I have been using the product for most of 60 6ears the only disappointment was the dropping of the coffee flavor

Why is this so expensive?! 10 packets for $45? That can’t be right.

Great question! This Breakfast Essentials High Protein has a total of 21g of sugar. We do have the Breakfast Essentials Light Start as well and that has a total of 7g of sugar & <1g of added sugars.
