Dieser hat in der Kammer, in der das Extruderritzel sitzt, so viel Freiraum, dass das Filament beim Einzug ausweicht und Schlaufen bildet. Die Förderung kommt zum Erliegen.Im Netz sind entsprechende Teile verfügbar, die einfach den Hohlraum auffüllen. Dadurch ist auch mit Standard-Extrudern der Druck möglich.Meine Einstellungen orientieren sich an dem, was auf der Verpackung angegeben wird:Schichtdicke: 0,2 mmFüllgrad: 100%Drucktemperatur: 215° CHeizbett deaktiviertEinzugsabstand: 3,9 mmEinzugsgeschwindigkeit: 40 mm/sDruckgeschwindigkeit: 20 mm/sFluss: 100%Geschwindigkeit der ersten Schicht: 10 mm/sBewegungsgeschwindigkeit beliebig (bei mir 120 mm/s)Lüfter für die Filamentkühlung: wenig Drehzahl bis völlig deaktiviert.Selten habe ich das Problem, dass das Extruderritzel das Filament zerquetscht, wenn das Filament nicht sauber in Fluss bleibt.Es hilft dann oft, das Filament zu entfernen, die vordersten cm abzuschneiden und neu zu laden. Es ist auch hilfreich, das Filament zu laden und direkt ohne Abkühlung zu drucken. Das Entfernen funktioniert auch bei festgefahrenem Filament problemlos. Mit etwas Kraft kann man es einfach herausziehen.Die Oberflächenqualität und Stabilität des Bauteils nach dem Druck ist super.Es eignet sich hervorragend für Schwingungsdämpfer, Bumper und Dichtungen.Die Qualität des Filaments ist überzeugend. Ich werde es sicher wieder kaufen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Einfacher als NinjaFlex aber dennoch nichts für Anfänger *by B***S on Reviewed in Germany on March 1, 2016* Das Produkt ist, obwohl es unter BQ FilaFlex angeboten wird, das Original von Recreus.Die Spule selbst ist gut eingepackt. Doppelt verschweißt, so dass dem eigentlichen Filament kaum etwas passieren kann. Sehr lobenswert ist das Label, das Recreus seinen Filamenten spendiert. Auf einen Blick sind alle wichtigen Druckparamenter erfassbar. Kein Rätselraten wie bei vielen anderen Filamenten. Dennoch muss gesagt werden - flexibles Material ist nichts für Druckanfänger, denn erstens wird ein geeigneter Extruder und Förderantrieb benötigts, bei dem das Filament keine Möglichkeit hat, sich in irgendwelchen Spalten zu "verdrücken". Bei FFF-Druckern wird der konstante Flow an Filament erreicht indem ein Förderantrieb das noch harte Filament in das Hotend eindrückt und somit den Ausstoß an heißem Kunststoff auslöst. Bei einem Filament das federt ist das nur bedingt möglich, deswegen müssen die baulichen Vorraussetzungen vorhanden sein, Ansonsten muss man teilweise mit wirklich verrückten Einstellungen, wie zB. 4 mm Retraction, drucken um brauchbare Ergebnisse zu erhalten. Wenn man dies jedoch einmal ausgetüfftelt hat, ist FilaFlex einfacher zu drucken als viele andere flexible Materialien am Mark. ### ⭐ No es original de BQ *by J***O on Reviewed in Spain on November 23, 2018* Aunque se vende como filaflex de BQ, en realidad es de otro fabricante (Recreus). Lo he probado y los resultados no son iguales.
