It is difficult to judge whether something like this is really working or if it is just a psychological effect or even if I would have slept better anyway for some external reason. However it seems that for me the main benefit is that if I do wake up in the night I can then easily go back to sleep without night-time demons taking over my mind and keeping me awake for hours.They are also a pleasurable thing to take so the encouragement is there to keep using them rather than to give up as I would easily do if I had to think about taking pills at night.

There are some days that I took these and slept for 4 hours and felt super well rested and other days where I took them before 6 hours of sleep and felt absolutely terrible the next day. I found they help slightly for falling asleep but you have to take them then try pretty hard to fall asleep (as they're not as strong as taking melatonin per say). I found that nights that I took them I woke up less frequently throughout the night, however, they didn't help much in falling asleep but more for staying asleep and quality of sleep. First night I took them, I had very vivid dreams but that went away with time. They have a nice grape flavour and are convenient for sleep aid when you're already a bit tired and just need a bit of help staying asleep. Definitely worth a try. I got them for around 12 pounds but I wouldn't pay anything over 15.

To date I am very impressed with this product. Getting to sleep is mostly successful. Waking up ar 4am, ready to start the day is a bit disconcerting. May be that's just how these gummies work? I did order two more bottles, so "Tally ho!!"

I was looking forward to getting some much needed sleep but after taking the dose of gummies I was disappointed to still be awake. After letting supplier then, they refunded me the amount I paid. I will be looking at trying a different one In their Range.

These i believe give me a better sleep. Taking two a night they soon run out, taking one dosent really give me a good sleep. The price purchased (£12.49), i would buy again, but i wouldnt buy at the current price (£14.99). So, future purchases will depend on the asking price.

Great flavour but as someone with chronic insomnia it didnt help much

I bought these in a search for melatonin to help improve ability to sleep and quality of sleep. I've taken the recommended dose on the bottle and had no notable result. I've taken more than the stated dose on the bottle and had no notable result. The texture and flavour is nice but to be honest I wouldn't recommend these if you're looking for something that will actually aid your ability to sleep and I think we all know you can get a bag of haribo for cheaper.
