I purchased these trays to use for serving bread. Having two sizes accommodates both family meals and those with a few more family guests. The quality of the wood is lovely, then are easy to wipe off and clean with mild soap (I would not soak them, just light dish soap, wipe and dry immediately). Just beautiful for any occasion.
