Really lovely item and very pleased with this - was bought for me by my teenager daughter. Just a shame she had to pay more for this item due to cost being increased around Mother’s Day as similar items are much lower (bought for £19.99 and others in range are £12.99-£14.99).

Received this item broken into 3 pieces. Looks like it would have been a lovely gift otherwise, but even before I opened the box it arrived in I could hear that it had been damaged as I could hear a broken piece moving around. The packaging definitely needs improving on as it isn’t padded out enough for a glass item. Now having to return the item to get my money back, and no present to give my parents on their anniversary from my daughter. Really disappointed!

Product I got delivered was not the one on the pitcher or description it was a glass book with light up stand that did not work very disappointing as vers was not what was show in the picture

Such a shame was really excited to give it to my daughter on her birthday came broken into pieces in the post couldn’t be arsed with the hassle of returning anything

I gave it to my daughter as she’s going through hard times at minute and the words just summed it up

This is tiny and small not worth the money paid
