This is a great product I have been using for years. All the benefits are there and noticeable. The level of energy is seen and Strength of the product seems to work well with me. The effectiveness depends on your use. Sleep quality is none? I dont know why they ask that?? The value for the money depends on your thought worth

When I take these I feel more energetic, clear headed, inspired, and motivated. I don’t get a crash, or any bad side effects of being ‘addicted.’ I take one capsule which lasts me all day. I've been using this brand and formula off and on for years. Takes a few months to run out and then sometimes I forget to buy more. But when I do take them I can always tell the difference. My energy level and alertness is slightly increased. I would say no more than 5-10%. Like having a cup of caffeinated tea.

Overall a great product that improved my mental clarity and increased mental focus but unfortunately had the unexpected side effects of increasing the potency of caffeine. As well as Satyromania which led to epididymal hypertension, testicular tenderness, and pressure within the testes as well as penile sensitivity and pain as well. If not for these two side effects I would wholeheartedly recommend it but forewarned is forearmed. So use caution when taking this supplement if you have caffeine sensitivity or struggle with Onanism, Satyromania, or The Messalina Complex. Although the struggles with The Messalina Complex, Onanism, and Satyromania can be curbed with 2000MGs of Vitamin C taken orally in tablet form.
