Jergens Ultra Healing Hand & Body Cream for Dry Skin, Formulated with Vitamins C, E & B5 plus Plant Protein Complex, for Extra Dry Skin Relief, 3.4 oz

I used a Gold Bond hand lotion for years but just never really liked the "residue" it left on my hands. Did some research and decided to try this lotion. So far it has worked great! Not a huge fan of the screw top, but the cream is moisturizing without being greasy, absorbs quickly, and lasts without any "residue" feel. It's not as moisturizing as my all-time favorite shea butter cream from Bath and Body, but for the price and size it is a great value for a solid product.

I have similar complaints about this product that others have mentioned. I think the scent is gross (it smells medicinal and botanical to me, but in a bad way) and I was surprised by how thin the lotion was. I was duped into thinking this would be a L'Occitane-style thick cream. It's not. All that being said, I gave it five stars. Why? Simple. This is the best performing hand lotion I have found as measured by my two primary criteria: (1) does it fix my skin issues and (2) does it sink in quickly? I get horrible dryness on my hands in winter--dry enough to have cracked skin on my knuckles and fingertips-- and darned if this stuff doesn't fix many of those issues after just a few applications. Moreover, I work at a computer all day and I hate lotions that take forever to sink in. I end up making my mouse and keyboard disgustingly greasy. This lotion, however, sinks in quickly. And while I hate the smell, it goes away before too long. Although the price is quite a bit higher than normal Jergens products, I think it is well worth giving it a try.

This cream doesn't have the best Jergen's scent that I've ever used. It's not unpleasant but different than I'm accustomed to. HOWEVER, it deserves 5 stars because it does the job! I've suffered from rash outbreaks on the backs of my hands at the base of my thumbs. I'd tried every cream on the market, even the "Jergen's Ultra Healing" cream but they all failed me. Then I gave this Plants Protein Complex version of Jergen's Ultra Healing cream and those stubborn rashes disappeared within a few days! Now my entire family are using this cream (bought them all a tube) and they love it. Even "Working Hands" for my husband doesn't work as effectively! Shake before use, rub on, and feel it absorb quickly. Very happy with discovering this version of my favorite brand!

My hands get dry because I do a lot of cleaning and don't always wear gloves, which is my fault. I've used a different brand of lotion for many years, which still works okay but I wanted something a bit stronger for before I go to bed at night as my hands were often dry again in the morning. After minutes of research I came across some good reviews of this brand so I decided to blindly buy it from the internet. I was pleased with how my hands felt when I used it the first time, and my hands weren't so dry the next morning. It has continued working fine since I received it. Good product!

This is amazing! It worked so quickly to tame my very dry cracked hands into hands that no longer picked the micro fiber towel! Not greasy and quickly sinks into the skin. This is my go to and the one I'm passing the word about! You won't be disappointed.

Moisturizes your skin. Used it for years

I love this lotion. My horrible dry winter hands were well-moisturized by this lotion. The scent is light enough that my brother liked it for his elbows, too. I didn't feel that it was too thick, and it really sinks in quickly. I hate lotions that leave your hands greasy afterward, and this definitely does not.

I work in health-care and wash my hands about a 100 times during my shift, but I must have really dry skin because I had to put alot on to feel the softness. I know I have all over dryness when winter comes but I don't like the greasy lotions, so this lotion will work, this isn't that greasy and the smell is wonderful. It smells like baby powder!

OMG windy, dry winter weather wreaked havoc on my hands this year. Thought at the low price this cream was worth a go, but didn't hold high hopes. Boy, was I wrong! One use and my hands were already much better. It's not greasy at all, a little bit goes a long way and it smells amazing. I have now bought some for 3 relatives as they tried the cream at my place and threatened to steal it, it's that good!

Great cream! Absorbs quickly leaving hands moisturised without that greasy feeling. Also has a nice, subtle scent. Overall, good value for money.

Feels lovely on the skin and lasts for hours!
