Steel-cut oats are great!
I don't have any experience with other brands of steel-cut oats, but I like these better than regular oatmeal or rolled oats. There is texture to oatmeal with steel-cut oats that is missing in rolled oats. I like that texture. They are SO easy to cook in an "Instapot" style cooker. About 20-30 minutes, including heat-up, a few minutes at pressure, and cool down. I cook two cups of oats with seven cups of water, and it seems to work well. Be sure to find instructions, though. These oats swell up a LOT when cooked. Err on the side of too little at first to avoid a potential mess.

I’ve been purchasing this oatmeal for years. It’s quick and easy to prepare. Taste great with frozen blueberries or even by itself. It’s organic, healthy, and good fiber for your digestive system. Easy to store in it’s resealable package.

Tasty and versatile
Makes a hearty tasty porridge. My daily breakfast is 1/2 cup oats, 2 cups water and a good sprinkle of salt. I leave it on the stove on a low setting until it starts to simmer, about 45 minutes later. I'll add some berries and maybe some toasted walnuts and I can almost skip lunch. So good.

It's satisfying!
I eat this every day with blueberries, walnuts, a dash of maple syrup and some flax seeds. It's very satisfying and filling and I know I'm eating something beneficial!

They're good and they work
I really like to prepare steel cut oats in my pressure cooker. Also, I never realized how easily I could consume 9 pounds of this stuff, but I keep coming back. Easy to buy, easy to store, and easy to eat. Quality is consistent and as long as this continues, I'm going to keep buying.
