I love! I was honestly surprised by how well this manual breast pump works. I didn’t expect it to fully empty me the way it does, but it actually removes all the milk when I take my time with it. The suction is strong but still comfortable, and I like that I can control the pressure myself. It doesn’t take long, and I feel fully relieved afterward which is really important for avoiding discomfort or clogged ducts. It’s also lightweight and easy to clean, which makes it perfect for keeping in my bag or using at night without setting up a big electric pump. If you’re looking for something simple, effective, and reliable, this manual pump definitely gets the job done.

I never write reviews but I have to give it up for this Medela hand pump! I thought I’d never use anything but my spectra, but when it’s 3am and you wake up firm/engorged and need relief fast, the last thing you want to do is mess with those tubes and a tight nursing bra (trying to align the nips in the flange with your phone light is not the business) and possibly wake your little one with the sounds.. With a history of clogged ducts and mastitis, I don’t mess around with letting myself get too full so I keep this hand pump on my nightstand for when I need relief in the middle of the night or in the morning if my baby is still sleeping and I want to relieve some pressure. Unlike my expensive wearable portable pumps (which do have their time and place), with this I can actually see and hear the milk output, and it works 👏🏼 SO 👏🏼 well. I appreciate the dual sided pump control for a smaller initial let down and then the stronger slower pump when milk is flowing. There were a lot of pieces for the initial setup but don’t let it intimidate you, it’s well worth it and you’ll become a pro in no time. As with all pumps, you’ll want to make sure you have the correct flange insert size (I just took the one off my spectra). I did end up accidentally snapping the plastic yellow valve piece when trying to remove it to wash one day, but I ended up replacing it with my spectra white duck valve and that works great. I can see how this paired with some breast pump wipes would be essential for travel too!

When all else failed, the Medela Harmony manual pump came to the rescue. It’s easy to operate, emptied my breasts efficiently, and was very comfortable to use. The compact design makes it easy to handle and store. A simple, reliable pump that really works when you need it most

The best breast pump I own. I have Eufy Portables, Spectra, and the haaka. This is the best of all of those - the suction of my spectra, the size of the haaka and the portability of my wearables! I cannot recommend this enough - it gets EVERYTHING completely empty!

I have owned about 6 of these over the last 4 years Between my two children. I mostly pumped because let’s face it, breastfeeding is really hard. Unfortunately I experienced a lot of painful clogged ducts. I used the spectra mostly and willow at work. But when I needed a quick powerful pump that would suck every drop out and blast a clogged duct, I went for the medela harmony pump. At first the set up and parts are confusing but once you do it 3 or 4 times it’s easy and second nature. Best uses - * in the hospital if a hospital pump isn’t available * if you need to pump and do not have the space, time or electricity to do a machine pump * if you have a clogged duct Troubleshooting that helped me- * always check the yellow piece that goes in the clear rubber stopper inserted into the handle. If the little stem coming off of it doesn’t have a tiny tiny white silicone ring around it, then the pump will not have effective suction. * Get a back up pack of the silicone rings and the white valve flaps Bc they go missing either down the drain or in the sterilizer. * use the little holder stand for the assembled pump bc it is too heavy and can fall over and spill your milk Then you will cry. And the only spilled milk you can cry over, is breastmilk * when you start pumping use the small front side of the handle to do fast strong suction motions for stimulation. Once the milk comes in switch to the longer part of the handle and gonslow long pumps. If you have a clogged duct do the long slow pumps while using your knuckles to massage the duct. * do not put the medela bottle in a bottle warmer. Mine melted and mutated. And ruined 4 oz of breastmilk. Transfer it into another bottle that you know is okay in the warmer. * the newer flanges that are more flexible with the white outer rim can get morphed easily with heat and stacking it against other parts. It is also highly annoying to get this flange smoothly into a pumping bra as it keep getting stuck up on the outer silicone ring part. Although there are annoying things about it, I do feel this is a necessity for every breastfeeding or pumping mom.

This pump is a blessing for relieving the engorgement. It’s the primary pump for my wife. Super easy to carry, pump, and clean. It’s a must buy if you are new at pumping.

We have had multiple pumps and multiple styles and ended up renting a hospital quality one for a month. I ended up buying just 2 of these for my wife and it outperforms every other pump. Portable and easy and high volume fast without the irritation. Also hooks directly onto dr browns glass bottles so thats a plus.

Love the ease of it, just wish it came with another flange size as well

Excelente producto para las mamás que empezamos con la extracción de leche, tiene buen agarre lo único que no le agrado fue el extractor viene con una medida estándar las copas que son de 24 mm por lo que si no se ajusta a tu pecho hay que comprar aparte otras, en mi caso fueron de 21 mm que compre aparte, deberían dar la posibilidad de elegir al tamaño que una requiere, pero en general es un buen Producto, es compacto y práctico y cumple co. Su función.

Excellent product, definitely does better than pigeon and hand expressions!! Go for it!

hands down one of the most practical baby items we’ve owned. it’s compact, lightweight and so easy to use — perfect for quick pumping without needing to deal with wires, charging or bulky equipment. the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly. and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts - and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get. my wife use this both at home and when out, and it’s been reliable every single time. simple, well-designed and genuinely useful.

Produto horrível, não sai nada de leite, não se adapta ao peito e tem um custo elevado pelo que promete. Quanto ao vendedor, foi tudo ok com a entrega, chegou bem embalado e no prazo.

I had the pump for a while and a few times it happened that it lost suction. Am currently trying to find the reason why it has happened again and nothing I do works. Online I've read many comments on this same issue as it seems to happen often.
