I made a batch of easy-to-make (& even easier to EAT!) pancakes, topped with blueberries & syrup. Then, after the 1st bite, sat in heaven & ate (in, "no one talk to me, I'm having a moment" mode). If you have texture issues, for me, the texture was a bit chewier than traditional pancakes but I really liked the texture, the taste & how they even puffed up on my griddle like any other pancake. I have a waffle maker & will use that for the next batch. Very hard to find pancake mixes that are not too sweet. Cinnamon adds a nice touch of taste to the mix. Mix is also gluten free and has 7g of protein and 11g once you add eggs to the mix, so it's also filling. While I have been grain free for most of my life, I made these for my husband and he really liked the flavor and texture! They have the slightest hint of cinnamon which was so delicious. The price is for three bags, and believe me, you get a lot of pancakes out of a bag! As for the thickness, I personally prefer my pancakes on the thinner side, so I didn’t mind. My husband on the other hand would have preferred them to be a little fluffier.
