Arrived dead
Constantly loops every second but never fully spins up. Tried two PCs, two OSes, two USB adaptors and putting it directly inside a third device.

dead on arrival
Not working on any of my devices. The power light appears but it is never recognized when plugged in so not able to format...Returning product is more hassle than its worth. As I'm disabled I cant get to any return point....Extremely disappointed....
