Note that it attaches into the 2 cup holders where the back cup holder is deeper than the front cup holder. The fold-able arm rest attached to the driver's seat needs to be removed using a socket wrench. I wanted this primarily to get some storage space as this model car does not offer much. Similar to other armrests on Amazon, the base of the unit is not accessible and only the arm rest portion has the storage space.
