Y&Y Decor 4 Pack 1/2 Inch Pipe Clamps - Heavy Duty Wood Gluing Clamps for Woodworking, Cast Iron, Strong Clamping Power

I bought these for a project building all new cabinets for my kitchen. I 've gotten a lot of use out of them and they are still in just as good shape as when I bought them.

These clamps work very well.

They work well. Have had not problem with them slipping or breaking.

Attached perfectly to the separately purchased pipes. These will work perfect for clamping wood to make cutting boards.

The only issue I had was that the springs kept popping out when I was trying to get it onto the pipe. It wasn’t a big deal and it could’ve been my own fault. Just be aware that it can happen. Once I was able to get these onto the pipes they worked great. I’ve made 3 of the 4 because I’m missing 1 pipe. I’ve clamped my glued wood with all 3 of these, 6-7 times without any issues. Any woodworker knows that you can never have too many clamps. I will be purchasing many more of these as I work to stock my shop with tools.

Great for those small jobs like gluing chairs and cutting boards and lighter than using 3/4 pipe great strength easy to use and fit snug great value for my money

They seem to be ok, and will work. Just be aware that the pipe will cost you 4x's more than the clamps, (it is for me - 2 4foot& 2 8foot= $90) But this is the only way I know of to get long clamps

Only tried to use two before I gave up. The threaded ends went in without issue, but the other part was a nightmare. Neither of the two I tried actually fit over a brand new galvanized 1/2" pipe. First one had the spring rattling around the box and refused to go into the pipe after I reinserted the spring. Second one went in and then got stuck halfway through and refused to budge. Eventually had to use a Visegrip to hold the metal strips in open position and then hammer out the clamp which ended up gouging the expensive galvanized pipe which I had cut to size and threaded at Home Depot. Glad I didn't find this out during a glue-up project. Tried a Bessey 1/2" clamp I had on the same pipe and it fit like a glove and slides smooth. Also the Bessey clamps have nice rubber pads to protect the work pieces, have more height and the quality is at a much higher level. Bessey clamps are about twice the price, but I am not taking a chance where the cheap clamp will be stuck in the middle of a project potentially ruining the work which maybe worth a lot of my time and hundreds of dollars in material.

Good price , great quality just what I needed at the right price

1/2 inch pipe didnt not thread in. Tried ND and NP, nothing worked. Zero communication from seller. Do not recommend, cheaper definitely does not mean better deal, in this case.
