The product is really good - I mean it's better than expected for such a good price. But the best part was the customer service. I bought this about 6 months ago ready to install this spring but when I opened it up, the stand and hose bits were not there - should have checked this when it first arrived. I emailed the seller, not really expecting much after such a long time, but she was brilliant. All she asked for was my address and two days later I got the replacement parts in the post. Really very impressed, thank you so much!!

Sturdy easy to put together, great price.

Good but should be combined with the "raincatcher" rubber down pope insert and filter/ valve assembly. Also the 3x base mounts are so annoying and will not effectively lock together...... so laid a 4x4 slab then drilled and screwed the 3 x base segments together before laying the barrel in place, far more stable and better flow in using rubber rain catcher that moulds round inner diameter of pipe.

Water butts are sturdy with close fitting lids and easy to use taps. Very happy with my purchase

Exactly what we needed, this water butt now collects all the water from the roof of our New Garden Room, it’s working efficiently and we are please with the purchase!

This water butt is sturdy and well made. The water tap fits easily into the pre drilled hole but you have to drill holes for water inlet and overflow yourself. Fits well onto sturdy supplied stand. To lock lid onto butt you need a large flathead screwdriver or coin to turn ‘key’. Watering can flimsy.Arrived on time. On the whole, pleased with purchase.

although the water butt is a great thing to have, now it's got water in it I found that the tap is dripping & can fill a water can quite quickly.Trouble is I don't seem to be able to get in touch with the seller, shame I have had this make before & never had any trouble.

Excellent product. Fits in corner and is right height for emptying. Sturdy and discrete. Very pleased.
