I can say that this is the last coffee grinder I will have to buy! You can tell right away that every care has been taken in the manufacture of this superb machine. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. In a world of mass production it is nice to find hand- made craftsmanship. Worth every penny

The delivery was fast. The grinder arrived in great shape. The grinder it's self is quiet and fast. I like the look of it. I had questions about it that were answered fairly quickly. I'm a happy coffee fiend.

I received my grinder and the coffee tasted horrible. I finally realized that the burr set was poorly aligned and I was getting an uneven grind. I also noticed that the mesh filter for the sifter was missing or not included. Had to buy one to improve the quality of my coffee. The coffee improved significantly after alignment and getting a proper sifter. If you prefer not to align your grinder then I suggest you stay away from this grinder. Otherwise it's it can make decent coffee if you put some work in.

The GoodThe grinder shipped quickly and was well packaged. Assembly was minimal and easy. Operation was straight forward and grind adjustment was easy and consistent. noise was much less than the "Chopper" style grinder this unit replaced. Very Happy with the unit!The BadPrice $$$, but you get what you pay for!More of nit picking is the fact that it takes much longer to clean up than it takes to grind and make a pot of coffee. The coffee dust goes everywhere and sticks to everything. Set up a tray to grind on to contain the dust and wipe off when done.

I loved the grinder - it is beautiful and worked well for pour overs, until I dialed it up to the coarse setting to grind for cold brew, and after struggling for a few seconds, the grinder died on me. It won't power up and doesn't work anymore! I cleaned out the burrs but it seems to be an electrical issue or the motor died. Very frustrated at this $200+ machine that lasted me less than one year.
