The last step is to rinse the bleaching cream off your skin. I have dark, fine hair on my legs, and the "Surgi Invisi-Bleach Hair Bleaching Cream" bleaches my hair blonde in one go (as I mentioned earlier, I do wait a little longer). I experienced no burning or tingling sensations while the cream is on my skin, although the skin that came into contact with the bleach did lighten, but I have found this to only be temporary. Once bleached, the hair does blend in really well, and becomes quite invisible.
