Set of 4 Update International BB-97 Woven and Bread Natural Color Basket, Oval, 9-1/2-Inch

I got these to use for our Montessori-style shelves at home. They are great for that because they are small/shallow enough for the kids to be able to see inside while they're still on the shelf, but they still hold a good amount of stuff for the size they are.

Ultimately these worked fine for putting gifts into for Christmas. When we received them we were surprised that their color was a lot lighter than the pictures. And rather than being made of wood, they are some kind of plastic that looks vaguely like wood.

Don't waste your money. They look like they should cost about 50 cents a piece. These "bread baskets" are SO SMALL that a package of saltine crackers wouldn't fit into them. AND, you can't even return them. So buyer beware. You're about to be had.

I ordered these baskets to put in my 2 guest suites/bathrooms to hold hotel size soap bars, hotel size shampoo & conditioner, disposible shavers, pre-pasted one-time use toothbrushes, etc. We have a lot of guests stay with us (sometimes unexpectedly) and it seems I'm always scrambling around my home to find things they forgot or an extra bottle of shampoo, etc. This way I will always have it ready in these cute baskets that I'll keep stocked. I plan on putting a wash cloth in the basket and arranging the personal hygiene products on top of the wash cloth and placing it on the bathroom counter. Just the right size! And 2 baskets for under $7.00? Why didn't I do this sooner! Just a little side note which doesn't matter to me but may to others, the color of the baskets is a lot lighter than the photos show. It's a natural wood color.

Good little baskets if you're looking to serve some jelly beans or tiny marshmallows. The idea that these are advertised as Bread Baskets is just crazy.

I use this to make small fruit baskets and cover the fruits in basket with sparkle clear wrap. The basket is a little small, oval shaped and measures about 9 ½ long and Width (base) - 4 Inches, Height - 2 1/2 Inches. It is lightweight and made of polypropylene woven cord, natural wood color and washable in warm running water. It definitely works for me and satisfied with this purchase.

I use them for final fermentation in the fridge for sourdough. You don’t need to line them with linen. It comes out perfect!

They’re just ok - they are not expensive or anything but they arrived warped. One is bowed up on the bottom, another is kind of twisted so it doesn’t fit flat......pretty poorly made.
