Beyond XP5000 Overnight Adult Diaper - Size Medium, Plastic Backed, 56 Count

These diapers have all the standard features I look for: elastic waistband and leg cuffs, standing leakguards, wetness indicator, and massive absorbency. These just keep going and going. The hook and loop tapes are strong and make it so easy to adjust many times if need be. These are excellent night time diapers, no leaks throughout the night as a back and belly sleeper. The plastic is loud and you will crinkle, but can still be moderately discreet under clothing. The main improvements I would make to this diaper would be a softer and more flexible outer shell and a revision to the very large and very bold printed branding, nothing to knock any stars off though. These preform better in many ways to much more expensive diapers. I will purchase these again and would highly recommend.

What the headline says, if you are a heavy wetter, you won't leak out of these, they're not like the crappy store brand ones that leak worse than a piece of printer paper between your legs, these ones are actually good and are on par with even the best ab/dl diapers.

These briefs at quite absorbent and comfortable. They will hold multiple wettings. The backing is kind of stiff; it reminds me of Kevlar, but you can adjust the tapes without tearing the backing. The fit can be a little finicky depending on leg size. The only downside to them is the tabs will not stick on to the back of the briefs when you roll them up after use.

I buy these for my father to wear at night. They fit well and are absorbent really cut down on the nighttime leaking.

They don’t fit there more of a medium size than a large that should be something you advertise on selling them

Pretty good. I like the fit - I'm someone for whom many medium diapers are too small, but large are too big. So I like that these larges are on the smaller side. As for absorbency, this is a day weight diaper for me, on a par with (but maybe slightly less thirsty than ABU simple or Forsite AM/PM). I'm a heavy wetter, though, so YMMV.

Wow.... wasn’t sure I’d like at first look as they had the Velcro tabs but they are amazing. Hold a ton stays tight and completely comfortable. I would recommend and would for sure purchase again. Fit true to size. I’m 6’1” 240lbs and the large are perfect.
