Junk - avoid
This is rubbish. I bought it, despite reading the bad reviews because Lakeland is a brand I trust. Plus I thought I could outsmart the product's failings by pre-melting the chocolate. I could not. This is junk. We tried different chocolates but it just has no oompth and cannot keep the chocolate warm enough to maintain the right consistency. Bought for a 9 year old's party. They ended up with a chocolate puddle rather than a fountain. I'm returning this.

Wont work. Dont buy this. Cleaning is mess. Evn if it works.
The media could not be loaded. Didnt worked for second use. Spoiled my baby birthday party.Have to clean when its hot. Cannot use it after a break of q or 2 hours. Again had to clean and use!

So hard to clean, not easy to use
Hard to use, only the bottom heats so it cools chocolate on way down the tiers and doesn’t flow well. So difficult to clean, too many crevices, bottom tray is not removable either so that’s a pain to clean. Don’t want to use this again as it’s such a pain to use and clear away.
