Good mattress, moderately firm, best for medium weight to mildly overweight and not heavier as it is a 12 inch mattress

Setup was easy. Took less than a day to fully inflate. Soft comfortable padding with some isolation. Honestly I haven’t slept this well in years. Great product for the price and I will recommend it to others.

So I took a chance on ordering a mattress without reviews. However, I have ordered from Zinus before and I know they are great quality. This is a great mattress, It arrived quick and when we unrolled it, it popped up fast. I ordered the 13" King, but it’s only about 11.5-12” high. I took the first picture immediately and the other measurement after a few days. There really is no change to the height. That is my only word of caution. I really wanted a taller mattress since I have a low profile bed frame, also from Zinus. Other then the height, it’s perfect. It’s so comfortable, a little bit firmer than I expected but we have it on box springs not a platform so that may be the reason. We are heavier and there is no movement, which is why I love the individual coils. I am really surprised by the quality of the mattress for the price. We got the King, 13”, and the box confirmed this it actually said 13" Eurotop or something, it may just be mine but be aware of this height issue, other than that it’s perfect. FYI: While reading the fine print on the 10 year warranty, I discovered that you must use a mattress pad and you cannot cut the tag off the mattress which will void the warranty.

On a side note, I prefer extra-extra-extra firm if something like this exists, probably less firmer than sleeping on floor but this one somewhat met my conditions too. I had a mattress from a more reputed brand that cost $500 more, and this ZINUS mattress is way better. For the price, this mattress is a fantastic deal. It’s comfortable, supportive, and well-made. If you want a firm mattress that won’t break the bank, I highly recommend it.

I recently purchased the ZINUS 12 Inch Comfort Support Pocket Spring Hybrid Mattress in King size, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my sleep quality. This mattress delivers on its promises and offers a luxurious, supportive sleep experience that rivals much more expensive options. The only downside I’ve noticed is the edge support. While the mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive in the center, the edges tend to sag slightly when sitting or sleeping near the perimeter. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind if you frequently use the edges of your mattress.

It said medium firm but it is firm! It does have good support and is comfortable, but coming from a previous medium mattress we need time to adjust to it! The mattress itself is of good quality and it fully inflated within 24 hours!
