Damaged Glow Plug Removal Remover Tool Kit Set 8mm & 10mm

Worked well and did what it said bon the tin

Thread tap snapped off in the glow plug hole, massive issues getting it out causing damage to the block. All the metals are cheap, look elsewhere.

For the price of this kit it worked fine, lots of oil etc onto snapped plug before trying to extract it. The tap bar / handle is quite long and only just fitted into the space I had at the rear of the engine block.

These are not professional grade tools but you should be able to work that out for yourself at this price !That said if you take your time and do not apply to much force when drilling they will save you having to remove the cylinder head and sending it to a machine shop for repair. SO if you use it carefully you can actually save several hundred pounds in garage and machine shop costs.

Well I was in a hole .. sheared glo plug in the head of my mini. Viewed a tutorial on YouTube on how to remove it. Bought this kit followed the excellent instructions that came with the kit and fixed it. Fantastic value.

What a waste of money drill bit what come with it I have a sharper tea spoon and the bit for re-threading just as it grips it broke

Je devais changer les bougies de préchauffage sur mon Jumper 3.0 HDI. "Facile" aux premiers abords, ça n'est que des bougies...Jusqu'à ce que la première casse instantanément au desserrage....... Eh oui, la maladie des Jumper/Boxer/Ducato, cette foutue fuite au niveau de la baie de pare brise, qui laisse couler l'eau pile au dessus des injecteurs/bougies... J'ai beau l'avoir colmaté, le mal était déjà fait...2, 3 et 4e bougie, même resultat. OUI, les 4 bougies cassées!!!Ce kit a donc sauvé ma culasse, et mon porte feuille. Il m'a permis d'extraire les 4 bougies, dont une avec l'électrode bloquée à l'intérieur!Attention cependant, il y a une chose qui manque dans le kit: LA PATIENCE ;) allez y doucement, et nettoyez régulièrement avec un aimant pour enlever les copeaux que vous créerez!J'ai pris environ 5h pour extraire les 4 bougies, mais ça en valait clairement la peine!Il y a une tonne de tuto sur youtube, je vous conseille des les apprendre par coeur avant de vous lancer ;)

Hat mir viel Mehrarbeit und Geld gespart!Abgerissene Glühkerze hat sich entfernen lassen.Wenn man mit Ruhe und Vorsicht arbeitet ist das Werkzeug durchaus brauchbar! Klar kein High-End aber für mich hat es sich alleine für die eine Glühkerze schon ausgezahlt!
