And the soft backs of my knees are very sensitive to anything bulky, so wearing a knee brace often does more harm than good and is reserved for when I've done pretty serious damage to the joint. Joint tape is the perfect solution, except that I have very sensitive skin. The tapes advertised as being for sensitive skin typically fall off within a few hours. This tape is a good middle ground. It'll stick for a few days and I get a few days of wear before it gets itchy. One tip to keep it sticking better is to wear clothing that's either very flowy or very snug. Friction will curl the edges quickly so you want your clothing to move with the tape or glide past it entirely. I sleep in leggings when wearing it or it's off by morning. The colour selection is nice because I can go bright with the pink or blue, utilitarian with the black, or let it blend in and be less noticeable with the nude.
