Smartlock I can live with.
The media could not be loaded. This smartlock is AWESOME! It installs in like 5 minutes & needed nothing more than a screw driver. The user interface is clear & intuitive. I definitely recommend it. The price was great too. 🌝👍

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
This lock does not have a manual backup! If the electronics fail or reset you will get locked out.I just purchased this product last week. When I used the remote u lock feature with my phone for the first time it fried the lock and all of the codes including the manufacturer master code failed.Buying this lock cost me $200 for the locksmith and $1200 for a new door that the locksmith had to destroy to get through the lock. And a waste of four hours stuck outside in the cold waiting for him to get here and drill through the lock.Buy a lock with a backup key!!!!!!! I found some here on Amazon that also have fingerprint and key fob entry.

You get what you pay for
First one was defective and literally melted inside. Second one worked however I never did figure out how to code the lock so unless we lock it from inside, it's useless. Due to covid, they have zero customer service available according to the email they responded with.

Pros:-price-sturdy deadbolt-looksCons:-Very poor app design-Disconnects from smart phone (iPhone XR in my case) unless you are 1 inch away from the lock- No remote access with app-The only way to lock the door is to set a timer after the door is unlockedI may have just received a bad unit. Even if I had a good one, the app has such a poor design and poor user features that the lock is not worth the money. Spend More on a better lock. After all, its for you home security. The last thing you want is to leave the house to find out your "smart" lock failed and never locked the front door.

Bluetooth
Keypad works great, but the bluetooth is spotty from 15 feet away. It has been cold outside since I've had it and I don't have the gateway.
