Shower head doesn't thread onto neck
Product seems nice but opening up to test fit all plumbing I realized that the shower head does not thread onto the neck on the correct side. It will thread onto the longer end but that is incorrect installation. Ontop of being delivered late I now have to buy a different shower head.

Ordered this item while doing some updates to my bathroom..so far it's working for us..it's durable and it was a easy install..I'd order again at this point

It is so nice. The shower head is big and such a nice shower no one wants to come out of the shower. Our last shower handle some one twisted and stripped it. This one I don't think any one will do that too. I am so happy with this new shower hardware.

Good item for price
Very solid, directions that come with it needs more explanation. Would purchase again. I like the fact it gave valve cover that goes over tile had dimensions.

Great value and customer service.
This is a very sturdy product. It is metal and looks great. Once installed we had an issue with water diverting up to the shower head. Our contractor thought that it was possibly a faulty cartridge. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent us a replacement.

Great looking product that really updated the look of my bathroom. Water pressure and flow are excellent and there are adjustable settings. Very happy!

This whole brand appears to be garbage
UPDATE: Amazon has no contact info and it's too late to return. And the 5-year warranty is a lie, since there is no way to contact them.NO CONTACT INFO FOR THE MANUFACTURER. And the seller never responded after weeks. I bought two of these trash shower kits and spent too much money on the plumber trying to keep one from leaking. Now I can't return them because the plumber couldn't come back out within the return window. The problem is the entire valve is garbage. I've already eaten the cost of a replacement cartridge that didn't fix the problem. Just buy a name brand, you'll feel better about it. If I had spent 3x the price of these for a name brand, I would have still saved money on the plumber.
