We use these during spring allergy season and they are very effective. They taste good and dissolve easily in mouth. All natural ingredients too. By taking these (works for adults too) we no longer need to take antihistamines in spring. We also use a netipot once a day during allergy season.

My kids call these frog vitamins because of the label, but they like the taste and texture. I love the combination of quercetin and NAC for them.

My initial impression has gone from good to great. I tried one because I like to know what I’m giving my kid and to my surprise it was pretty tasty. I compare it to a smartie in texture and similar in taste with less sweetness. I’m thinking “dang, my kid is gonna love this”. I was completely wrong. So, this tablet immediately begins to expand when you put it in your mouth and if you don’t start chewing, it’ll just get chalky and mushy so he had that experience when he put it in his mouth which caused a dramatic scene. Crying ensued along with coughing and trying to spit it out. To say the least, it was a bad experience the first go around. I will say, this stuff leaves a strong yellowing stain on your walls (he went to the restroom and touched the walls after he spit it out in his hands and my walls are stained now). But anyways, we talked to him about how good these tablets could be for him and the importance of them for his allergies and how we would break them into smaller pieces and do them little by little next time to mentally prepare him. This actually worked and the next day we tried again. Cried again, only ended up eating one and I called it quits. Next day, I made him a smoothie and threw two tablets in. I’m a genius. Next day, I realize I can’t and do not want to make smoothies every damn day for this kid to take his tablets. Next day, we go back to breaking them up into little pieces and with the promise of Fortnite, all was good. He ate the small pieces and the next week or two were successful. We’ve now gotten through our first bottle and he can now eat them in halves with no complaints. Now to the good part. My kid is a high allergy kid like I used to be. This stuff is doing it’s job because he’s gone a few weeks with no more runny nose and his nose is almost aaalways runny. He also hasn’t been sick these last few weeks he’s been taking these and I don’t think it’s a coincidence. I have also paired the use of the tablets with xclear nasal spray and my my I’m impressed with the results. Give these a try if you’re struggling with a snot nosed kiddo

I brought this supplement for my son to build up his immune system and fight off colds. I felt that it did help him during the winter months but the only reason I gave it 5 stars was the pills powder residue in the bottle got everywhere once you opened the it to take out a pill.

I've written a 4 star review before (I don't know why I only gave 4) but I am updating to 5 hoping that more people consider this amazing natural product. I have suffered chronic sinusitis (to be exact, MSEO) since 2016ish and I did a lot of research on natural supplements because commonly prescribed medicine (mostly antihistamines, steroid nasal sprays, singulair) did not work for my condition. I am by no means someone who refuses western medicine and looks for essential oils and alternative medicine. I've tried all prescription drugs, and confirmed that nothing worked. First thing I've tried was vitamin D and it did wonders. I kept finding out NAC/bromelain & quercetin/spirulina worked for me. (They all have supporting studies) Xlear nasal spray was also a godsend. After I got my sinusitis under control, one winter my son was waking up from excessive postnasal drip 3 nights in a row, and I started looking for children's version of NAC because NAC specifically makes mucus texture less irritable for the throat when it drips to the back. Creekside Naturals Snifflex was THE ONLY product that has NAC that is intended for children and I was shocked to find that my regimen that I came up with by collecting information from other chronic sinusitis patients & cross checked to see if there are supporting studies, were all in this bottle and it's intended for children. So my son was given this after waking up 3 nights in a row and 4th night he slept through the night. I knew it was not a coincidence, NAC and bromelain really do wonders. Now that it's getting cold where I live, I will subscribe to this and give to him daily to prevent cold and allergies. Thank you for making this wonderful product.

I know I'm going to sound crazy, but I swear this cured my son's eczema. We tried everything we could - steroids (it always came back when we stopped), all different kinds of moisturizers and oils and balms, wet wrapping, skincare with oats, hypochlourous acid, probiotics, you name it we tried it. I take NAC myself and feel inclined to believe that eczema might be (at least for some people) caused by histamine overload, particularly for people with methylation issues. I have some of these issues myself, and I was so happy to find a kids NAC supplement that's safe for him and his allergies. I was not expecting anything to happen to be honest. I was shocked when after about 2 months on this, I realized all of his eczema was gone. We finished the bottle and I stopped the supplement for a bit, wondering if it would come back. Sure enough, it did. He's been back on it for 2 weeks now and his skin is looking perfect again. Highly recommend moms of kiddos with eczema give this a try! I'm a believer.
