No build plate, so any would be buys be warned that's not what this product is. Its a magnetic base only.Perfect for my needs as I had to change heated bed due to failure, then damaged my existing magnetic base trying to peel it off.Product is super sturdy, much more magnetic than the base provided with my print bed. It is also slightly thicker which was a nice bonus for application. I think it also has some affect on leveling as my bed is slightly more level than before. Just make sure to clean surfaced prior to application to remove any debris.Perfect replacement for anyone needing just a magnetic base.

Nothing wrong with the product, it does exactly what it says and seems to do it quite well. The extra trims will come in handy where I need small, self-adhesive magnetic strips such as small fridge magnets.In my case though, being in a bit of a rush, I ordered this thinking it would replace the one I carelessly sliced with my scraping knife. But that one is textured (so that the plastic extrusion sticks to it) this one is beautifully smooth.Totally my fault and I can't really send it back since it's stuck to my removable plate now and the adhesive is very strong - much stronger than I'd ever imagined so trying to remove it would be fruitless and wasteful.If you need a magnetic surface to stick a steel hotbed plate to, you can't go far wrong here!Meanwhile, I'll see myself out - I don't think Amazon sells dunce's hats! :)
