Based on reviews i went for XL (I'm 6ft weighing 235lbs) and it fits very tight which is what i was going for. So most of my weight is me belly area and chest so the fitment XL is perfect in my opinion. The only issue i have with it is the top part fits a bit loosened but i can live with that.
