I just got a box of this product last week or so. Exp date 11.24.2021

What exactly is a 'serving'? Amazon doesn't show us the label. Is it one tablespoon or something else? Other mayo-type products say a tablespoon.

On the label on the back of the jar, a serving is one tablespoon.

Read the label. If there are dairy products used in it, then it's most likely not lactose free. There's also a phone number on the label for customer service. Get the official information there.
