SIE X-Tech Wading Jacket M

I like this product but unfortunately on the 7th August whilst wearing the jacket in heavy rain fall. My left arm was wet in the inside. What can you do to help me with this situation? As this jacket is supposed to be waterproof. I look forward to your feedback & hope you have a solution to this problem as I have only worn this jacket once.
