Good for the money
Seems nice and fairly sturdy. Good feature is the removable end cap. Nice size for our 2-year-old Sulcada tortoise, though I did have to widen the doorway. If she scratches through the bottom it would be easy to make a new floor. Minuses: the hardware is cheap, and there is no hardware to prevent lids from slamming all the way open. I attached a few small chains to fix that.

Excellent Tortoise Habitat
The tortoise box was fairly easy to assemble. The instructions were a little hard to follow as they were only pictures and there was a part totally left out about the wooden dowels. However, I had assembled similar items and knew where they were supposed to be inserted. The box is very sturdy and my tortoise loves it. It is very roomy and accommodates his accessories, food dish, food platform, water dish and basking rock, plus his climbing rock. The only con is that the large screened top, which is hinged and allows accessibility, would be a lot more efficient if a smaller door was in the larger top. With the lights and heater on top, everything has to be moved to open the large top to clean that end of the habitat. I am looking into having a smaller door made to insert in the large portion of the top, similar to reptile tanks that have screen tops with small doors in them. Otherwise, the box is great for my purpose and I would recommend it to others with tortoises.

good enclosure for dryer setups
I bought this as an outdoor enclosure for my sulcata tortoise. He only needs to be in the sun for an hour a day so I use this as a planter/safe enclosure for him. I pull it onto the porch when he’s not using it. This wouldn’t be a good permanent enclosure because the wood feels like it would deteriorate quickly with how much moisture a baby sulcata tortoise needs(80%), i do believe they have a sturdier waterproof one available so I’d look into getting that one. It was incredibly easy to assemble and has a lot of room. It might be better suited for a dryer tortoise/reptile but don’t get it if you need one that needs a more humid environment

Works great for my box turtle
I purchased this for my box turtle to winter in. It works great. I was able to easily clamp a heat lamp to the side. I use artificial turf in the bottom. It is easy to clean and light enough I don't have to have any help lifting it.

Horrible
This product was horrible to put together as the directions were poorly written and diagramed. The materials were poorly made as the wood cracked after trying to get the front part to slide in. There were no screw holes except for on the main part example B and A. The locks were flimsy and bent as you were screwing them onto the top lid. The parts were not labeled appropriately for example D had no label and the directions were no help identifying the part. The lid did not match up evenly with the bottom once assembling was complete.

Not what was expected
Read this could be hard to build. It wasn’t too bad. I did have to redrill starter holes. Not all shown holes line up.One piece came cracked as shown in picture two. Then the one piece doesn’t not line-up in picture three. If they could give a tip on the lid hinges as in which way the face and pre drill holes / marking where to line them up them that would have been great I help. I had to remount them 3 times to get to shut correctly.A plus about the item, it is huge. Bigger than expected

Great value, great quality...
Prefect reptile box! Don't recommend it unless you have at least some kind of experience with carpentry cuz a lot of the assembly you will have to do on your own. However, it's such a great deal as apposed to building it yourself from scratch. On that note, my tortoise is asking for food Lol!

Nice starter habitat for sulcata
It’s a good starter size for any baby tortoise. The building of this box wasn’t as easy, I had to pre drill a few holes that weren’t lining up with joint pieces. Once it’s all together looks good for the money. I added small wheels on mine to make it easy to move around.
