Colourists, puzzle fans, and challenge seekers will love this creative colour-by-number book that reveals hidden animal images as you fill in the numbered shapes. Review: A interesting change to my mindful colouring - I decided to give this a go as I needed something different for my "mindful colouring", I found ones where you just coloured in the picture allowed my brain to spiral too much. This style is great for focusing the attention, but not having to think too hard. It is fun guessing what each animal is going to be as you colour it in (they are all shown at rhe back of the book). There are enough variations of shape that you don't get bored always colouring circles or hexes etc. I use colouring pens and so far, although you can see the ink on the back of the page it hasn't gone through to the next image. My only negative is that for me some of the numbers can be a little hard to work out as they are very pale and small font, so working out a 6 vs 8 can be hard occasionally, but its worth the struggle for the end picture and not having the numbers visible through the colour. Review: Good - Quick dispach and well packaged. Good paper and nice pics.

A interesting change to my mindful colouring
I decided to give this a go as I needed something different for my "mindful colouring", I found ones where you just coloured in the picture allowed my brain to spiral too much. Good but not amazing
Some interesting colour choices and not in a good way.

Good quality colouring book
This book is very good. The images are on individual pages so you do not have to worry if the ink bleeds through the page. The numbers are in fairly faint print which could be hard for some to see but I find it fine in good lighting. The pages are made from a decent paper and are often nice thickness.

Fantastic
This book is a challenge but so addictive Be warned the numbers are so tiny i ended up using a book light to see them Also don’t look at the back pages- it will ruin the surprise

Good, but needed to be bigger in size
I really like the colouring books and the challenges they have. But, the original 3 are the best, mainly because of the size. Love the images but this book is a4 sized, and some of the areas are TINY.

Colour by Numbers
The pictures are made up of small shapes and the numbers are printed inside each shape. The downside is that they are printed in a pale light grey colour which is for people with impaired sight they are difficult to see. 5 & 6 look very similar and mistakes happen. in view of this instead of being a stress reliever it can add to it. Spectacle wearers or low light users it can be a challenge and at 79 years I am facing it head-on. I have found that the use of a small torch improves the image very much.

Could be 5 stars!
I like that the pictures are one-sided, I like that they use different shapes and colour schemes. And I like how different the pictures are. The only thing I don't like, is the paper. I waited with writing the review until I have tried different pencils as the first picture that I coloured with Brutfuners I wasn't very happy with. I have since also tried expensive and middle of the line pencils (A selection of Derwent from Studio to Lightfast)-- the paper is just too smooth. I will still finish colouring this book as it's perfect for just colouring when you need to think about other stuff, but also want to colour -- just follow the numbers. Just in case someone has aphantasia like I do-- I find this type of book really nice to use. Saves me from having to look for inpsiration pictures or other people's completed works to come up with a colour scheme. Actually relaxing when you have no visualisation capabilities in your brain. There are images of completed pictures at the back of the book, if one wants to spoil the surprise.
