I purchased these pills because I had trouble remembering to take a pill everyday. Once a week works much better for me and I can feel a difference after the first week. My levels were really low, so I can feel the difference in my mood already. These pills are easy to swallow. They did cause some digestive problems the first week but then it went away with continued use

Perfect for your 50k need

Helped with my bone density and energy!
I require a high dosage vitamin D supplement for a bone density problem (charcot) and this supplement is doing the trick! Also, I can't be in the sun because I take immunosuppressants and I can definitely feel the difference in my energy after taking these.
