Back on TrackBack Brace Narrow Front

This is hard for me to review as all back braces I try always have something about them I do not like, but it is probably because I am a bit swaybacked so none of them fit like they should. I bought it to use while riding my horse. It seemed to say in place and did not ride up at all. I ordered a small and liked the narrower front unlike some other back braces. It seems to be comfortable, but not sure it was worth the expensive price. I had a gift card that I used otherwise I probably would not have ordered it because of the expensive price tag.

I have problems with my lower spine and wearing this brace while riding horses keeps the muscles warm and more relaxed. It also helps with proprioception and reminds me not to move my torso in a way that will hurt my spine. It does want to ride up a bit - or where I need the support may be a little low for the design. Still, it is a great aid in riding.

My husband had a minor back injury, but it was making his life a lot harder because of the physical demands of his work. He wears it a lot even now that his back is better. He said that when wearing the Back on Track Back Brace he can feel a noticeable amount of relief and for that reason we will continue to use back on track products. The back brace is well made and is holding up very well, t also seems to run true to size.

I had surgery for a lumbar sacral fracture and this brace helped save my mental health. My surgery was long and difficult and even after intense pt message and acupuncture I was still in pain. I use back on track for my horse so I thought I would give this a try. It is way more comfortable than other braces and I can even sleep in it. It helped lessen the pain enough for me to get through daily activities again and even get back in the saddle

Fits great. I bought size small. I have 32” waist. Gives good support without bulkiness. Able to ride a horse without back pain. Awesome.

Has helped with lower back pain. Also reminds you to engage your core and lift your ribcage. I like that I can wear it over or under clothing without sweating.

Keeps muscles warm and circulation flowing. Not hot like a heat pad, natural warmth

Aufgrund banscheibenprobleme habe ich mir diesen gurt bestellt. Ich liebe ihn. Er hält schön warm und stützt ein wenig sodass ich mich v.a.beim reiten sicherer fühle. Gut investiertes geld!

J'avais entendu parler de ce produit car à la base cette technologie a été utilisée pour les chevaux qui souffraient d'arthrose. Alors il est difficile de dire, parmi toutes les techniques que j'utilise actuellement pour soigner ma sciatique (acupuncture, kiné, piscine, ostéo ...), si cette ceinture a joué également un rôle, mais il est certain que je vais mieux depuis que je l'utilise. En tous cas, elle est confortable et facile à mettre. Elle ne dégage pas de "chaleur" comme je le pensais sans doute naïvement par rapport à ce que j'ai lu sur les ondes qu'elle renvoie.

Bei mir sitzt der Schoner sehr gut. Die Weite lässt sich mittels Klettverschluss gut einstellen, das schmale Vorderteil bewirkt, dass er auch nicht stört. Im Rücken liegt er gut an, stützt, wärmt - es fühlt sich gut an. Den Langzeiteffekt kann ich noch nicht beurteilen.

Alle Back on Track-Produkte, ob für Mensch oder Tier, sind super!Schade, dass der Grössenunterschied beim Kreuzschoner zwischen S und M extrem ausfällt und der Gurt mit der Zeit durch vieles Tragen ausleiert. Trotzdem ist die Wirkung genial - v.a. auch bei Verletzungen.

außer einer stützenden Funktion konnte ich keinerlei Wirkung feststellen. Ich habe den Gürtel über 4 Wochen am Stück den gesamten Tag über getragen. Da es sich bei meinen Rückenproblemen wirklich "nur" um ein muskuläres Problem handelt, hatte ich mir mehr versprochen. Eher schade um die 50 EUR.
