Informational smoothie recipes with brief descriptions and details about what each smoothie is good for. I'm usually not keen on recipe books with everything online these days, but we love it and use it frequently. So much so that we keep it in our fruit basket. Has something for everyone. Even nut milks!

Lots of easy recipes to make; but when it says juice, use a blender. You can't juice lettuce and Brussel sprouts. It tells you what the mix does for you.
