How to swap the handle from right to left? Wish there was a video or a decent explanation.

Providing you have bought an ambidextrous reel ? Ie, left &right hand wind there is no problem. You will have a handle on one side and a cap on the opposite side. Undo the cap, undo the handle and just swap them both over job done. Sometimes you will find that some reel manufacturers produce left &right wind reels so therefore you will not be able to change it over. Hope this helps you, good luck.

It's a bit small for sea fishing

Do the 3000 hold 8 and 10lb line

Basically you can still use 8lb or 10lb but, slightly larger spool so it may well take more line. So plenty of backing required. You also have to take into account what you will be using the reel for and what rod you will pair it up with ! and also the type/ size of weight you intend casting. It's a case of striking a good ballance of rod/reel line weight & casting weight. One of the most important things is, it has to feel balanced in the hand especially if you are plugging or lure fishing. If your still not sure?
