I’m pear-shaped and typically wear a size Medium top and Large bottom. For things like dressed, I tend to get Medium. But, since this teddy is so form fitting on the bottom, I would have ordered Large. I went with the Medium and it fits well. It’s a little looser on top than I want, but it’s ok. As other people have said, the garters are too long! I cut them and sewed them back on.
